TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Order cancellation requests prior to delivery are settled through credit note/gift vouchers which are valid for 180 days. 10% processing charge applies against the value of the returned products.


EXCHANGE & REFUND


- Exchange requests are entertained within 7 days of purchase under the following terms & conditions:
- Products should be in original (packed) condition along with the original invoice
- All purchases of furniture are final once self-collected from warehouse or showrooms. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted
- All purchases are final for items sold during discounts and promotions. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted
- Due to hygiene reasons, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted on mattresses
- Products should be thoroughly checked at the time of purchase/delivery for their condition, Product claims will not be entertained later


DELIVERY & STORAGE


Free delivery service is available to Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi for purchases above AED 2000 as per scheduled availability. For other Emirates, delivery charges apply.
Deliveries are made only once full payment is received. Payments will not be accepted by the delivery crew.
The delivery handover is made to the person receiving the products at the assigned address. This acceptance of the order is considered authorized on your behalf, as they will also be asked to sign the delivery receipt. They are responsible to (a) inspect the product before signing the delivery receipt and (b) to accordingly alert the MD11 Home delivery crew in case of any inconsistencies. MD11 Home delivery crew is responsible for placing only your purchased products in your location, but not for removing or moving any of your personal objects.


MD11 Home delivery crew is responsible for assembling your purchased products (excluding the installation of chandeliers, wall decor/art, mirrors, or other objects that require permanent surface fixtures). Such assistance can only take place during the delivery and not on any other desired date. To ensure your purchased products arrive into the desired room/space in your home or office, please take clearance measurements of elevators, doors and stairways prior to making your purchase and sign off the 'service assurance' check list. In an event where building elevators (for apartments) or staircases (for villas), do not accommodate the product, customers are responsible to organize manual transportation at their own risk. In such instances,

MD11 Home delivery crew will deliver the products only to the ground floor:
Requests for redelivery are charged at a minimum of AED 500 per truck load this must be settled prior to delivery.
Purchased products awaiting delivery scheduling' or 'self collection' must be handed over within 30 days from the invoice date. Thereafter, monthly storage charges (at 5% of invoice value) will apply Products that are unaccounted for after the 30 days holding period, will be automatically charged for storage. MD11 Home does not bear responsibility for any loss or damage of products that have been in its possession for over 6 months. No exchanges or refunds will apply in these cases.


EXPORT


Exports are done on 'Port to Port basis. All other charges at the port of destination are to be borne by the customer. Please request showroom staff assistance for information on documentation requirements regarding export procedures.


WARRANTIES


All products sold by MD11 Home are under warranty against manufacturing defect for a maximum period of one year (or as specified on the products). Warranty is limited to the country in which the product was purchased.
Products made of genuine materials have inherent unique characteristics that do not constitute as manufacturing defects such as reclaimed wood, distressed leather, animal hides, recycled metals and other materials or antiques.
